You must be above the legal smoking age in your place of residence to order tobacco products.
Under penalty of perjury, any one who orders must be of legal age to purchase our products. By placing an order, you affirm that you are of legal age to purchase tobacco products in your state of residence.
Payment terms: we accept credit/debit cards (American Express, Visa, and Discover) and BitCoin.

We reserve the right to limit quantities.
We are not responsible for any typographical errors. In the event of a typographical error in price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue an immediate and full refund.
Add to Cart: Any products with this status are in stock or are available for shipment within 1-5 business days. Most products will ship in 24 hours but some limited quantity and high demand products may take up to a week to ship out as we are constantly turning inventory over.
Pre-Order: Products with this status are either new cigars that we are bringing to market within the next 30 days, OR they are regular production cigars that are currently out of stock but we anticipate being re-stocked within 1-2 weeks.
Temporarily Sold Out: Products with this status indicate that we are currently sold out of all inventory and are not sure when/if we can expect more to arrive.
Shipping is normally charged at a flat rate of $3.97 for all domestic US orders. Shipping must be signed by an adult 21 years old or older. Shipping may be free for domestic orders during promotional periods.
Orders in the continental US will ship via UPS Ground.
All other orders to Hawaii, Alaska and US territories will ship USPS Priority Mail.
We are able to ship to APO addresses as well.
You may return most new items (and obviously intact, in the case of cigars) within 30 days of delivery for 100% store credit. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
In cases where refunds are warranted, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
